Dr. Genevieve Clark

From: Brookfield, Nova Scotia
Role: Associate Veterinarian
Schooling: Undergraduate degree at Nova Scotia Agriculture.
Doctorate of Veterinary medicine from Atlantic Veterinary College in PEI.

With two beagles – who are just pets and have no interest in hunting anything other than treats, four cats of varying ages/colours/personalities, and multiple aquariums with an assortment of tropical fish Genevieve is an animal lover through-and-through. Her favourite things to do outside of work are all water-related activities – swimming, canoeing, kayaking...It’s no wonder otters are her favourite animal!

She also loves to go camping, and hiking with her dogs, who love it almost as much as she does! Both of her dogs are actually teaching beagles from the Atlantic Veterinary College who helped with her education while she was there. When Genevieve graduated, she adopted them, letting them live out their retirement years with her!

At Fundy, Genevieve is a newer addition to the team (Since September 2019!), so she likes getting to meet and getting to know clients and their pets. Seeing animals improve and recover, and going back to being happy and healthy again is one of the most rewarding experiences,
